ORDERS & PAYMENT
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your delivery address and payment details. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes may not always be possible. Please contact us at support@thehanly.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it once received.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate shipping notification with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery to the United Kingdom takes approximately 7–14 business days. Tracked shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Please note that these are estimates and occasional delays may occur.
Do you offer free shipping?
We run free shipping promotions regularly. Any applicable free shipping offer will be applied automatically at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales?
Yes! We deliver to all parts of the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please see our full Returns & Refund Policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@thehanly.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions within 2–3 business days.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged or faulty?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and send us a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the right fit. If you are unsure, we recommend sizing up or contacting us before placing your order.
Are the product images accurate?
We do our best to display products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. If a product significantly differs from its description, you are entitled to a return.
Are your products in stock?
Stock levels are shown on each product page. If an item is out of stock, it will be clearly indicated. We regularly restock popular items, so check back often or contact us to be notified.

Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track your orders, save your details, and enjoy a faster checkout experience in the future.
