This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on thehanly.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
2. Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options to addresses within the United Kingdom:
• Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days
• Tracked Shipping: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods such as Christmas and bank holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.
5. Customs and Duties
thehanly.com ships internationally. For orders delivered to the United Kingdom, all prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable VAT where required by UK law. Customers are responsible for any additional local customs duties or import fees that may apply, though we aim to minimise these wherever possible.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. thehanly.com cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at support@thehanly.com.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to investigate. thehanly.com is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
